Kishi Bashi - Room For Dream EP - 10" CLEAR Color Vinyl Record
Kishi Bashi's Room for Dream EP is the enchanting introduction to Kaoru Ishibashi's solo project — six songs of layered violin loops, soaring vocals, and orchestral pop that announced one of indie music's most singular talents. Before joining of Montreal as a touring member, Ishibashi had been building a sound that merged classical training with loop-pedal experimentation, and this 2012 EP captures that vision in its purest, most immediate form.
"Bright Whites" — the standout — is a kaleidoscopic burst of looped strings and wordless harmonies that builds from a single violin line into a full symphony of sound. "It All Began with a Burst" shimmers with delicate beauty, and "Wonder Woman, Wonder Me" adds playful warmth. Released on Joyful Noise and pressed on clear 10-inch vinyl, this EP is the essential starting point for one of indie music's most creative artists.

Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
