 Ah, the Cardigans. The Swedish pop-rockers burst onto the scene in the mid-90s with their infectiously catchy tunes and the seductive vocals of lead singer Nina Persson. But it was their fourth album, "Gran Turismo," that really showcased their growth as musicians and songwriters. The band's signature pop sensibilities are still present, but they're imbued with a newfound edge and energy, courtesy of the driving rhythms and fuzzy guitar work.
