Missing Persons, formed in 1980 by the talented trio of Dale and Terry Bozzio along with Warren Cuccurullo, became a fantastic part of the New Wave movement! Dale Bozzio’s quirky singing style and her vibrant, homemade outfits crafted from various forms of plastic and other interesting materials created a memorable and captivating image that delighted both ears and eyes. Their full-length debut album, Spring Session M (which is actually an anagram of the band's name), was released in late 1982 and quickly became a sensation, featuring iconic MTV hits like "Words" and "Destination Unknown." It eventually achieved Gold status, showcasing their remarkable impact!
