Released in March 1974, "Zinc Alloy" is the only album credited to Marc Bolan & T. Rex and was produced by the legendary Tony Visconti. This album features the smash hit "Teenage Dream" and was recorded at Musicland Studios in Munich. Bolan drew inspiration from his relationship with songwriter Gloria Jones and his love for Black music that he discovered while touring in 1973. To celebrate Record Store Day, the album is presented as a unique Zoetrope Picture Disc LP.
