A River Running to Your Heart is the tenth album from Fruit Bats, the long-running project of songwriter Eric D. Johnson. Self-produced by Johnson alongside Jeremy Harris at Panoramic House just north of San Francisco, the album maps what Johnson calls "the geography of the heart," blending people and places into warm, inviting love songs.

After two decades of making music, Johnson sounds more confident and connected than ever. "Waking Up in Los Angeles" splits the difference between Joni Mitchell and Aimee Mann with an effortless Laurel Canyon glow, while "Rushin' River Valley" kicks off with a fast, cheerful energy. "Sick of This Feeling" delivers an irresistible chorus that'll have you smiling, and the acoustic "We Used to Live Here" captures a quiet, backyard folk intimacy.

Pressed on blue and bone swirl color vinyl. A gorgeous record from a band at the peak of their powers. Add it to your collection.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
