Blending psychedelic soul, funk, Northern soul, doo-wop and psych-rock, Sound of Sinning captures the San Francisco band expanding their sound while staying rooted in warm, vintage soul. Produced by Kelly Finnigan and Ian McDonald and recorded to 1/4-inch tape at Transistor Sound Studios in San Rafael, California, the album delivers rich analog character, heartfelt songwriting and timeless grooves.
