The Untourable Album was created without any constraints of live performances in mind, as reflected in its title. In light of a worldwide pause in touring, the album's songs 'Tree Amongst Shrubs', 'Serenade of Water', and 'Sugar' are accompanied by videos compiled from the appropriately-named Untourable Tour. Despite its original intention, the album ultimately became tourable. The iconic album cover features a photo by renowned American photographer Lynn Goldsmith, first showcased in a 1984 collection titled A Day in the Life of Canada.
