Formed in 2016, High Vis from London have honed their blend of progressive hardcore, incorporating elements of post-punk, Brit pop, neopsychedelia, and even Madchester groove. Their latest release, Guided Tour, balances hooks and fury, melodies and mosh pits, as singer Graham Sayle describes it as a struggle between hope and anger. The band, consisting of drummer Edward 'Ski' Harper, bassist Jack Muncaster, and guitarists Martin MacNamara and Rob Hammaren, draws inspiration from the UK and Irish DIY hardcore scenes, fueled by a sense of restlessness and righteous passion.
