Grimes - Miss Anthropocene - Vinyl Record
Miss Anthropocene, released by 4AD in 2020, is Grimes' darkest and most ambitious album. Claire Boucher built it as a loose concept record about a goddess of climate change, personifying environmental collapse as a glamorous villain, and the music matches the theme: industrial textures, ethereal vocals and slow, heavy beats that pull you into a beautifully bleak world.
So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth opens in a cloud of distortion and reverb, Violence with i_o turns dystopia into a gleaming club track, and Delete Forever trades synths for acoustic guitar and banjo in one of her most direct songs. New Gods and My Name Is Dark lean into gothic, almost cinematic territory, while IDORU closes the album on a blissful, birdsong-flecked high.
This standard black LP comes with a colour die-cut printed inner sleeve and a fold-out insert poster. A striking piece of art-pop for fans of experimental electronic music.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
