Gregory Alan Isakov - Appaloosa Bones - Brown Color Vinyl
Appaloosa Bones, from 2023, is Gregory Alan Isakov's first album in nearly five years and the follow-up to his Grammy-nominated Evening Machines. Isakov recorded it in the barn studio on his farm outside Boulder, Colorado, co-producing with Andrew Berlin and playing nearly every instrument himself.
The title comes from the Appaloosa Grill on Denver's 16th Street Mall, where he played some of his earliest shows, and several of these songs had been waiting years for the right home. Inspired partly by trips through West Texas, the arrangements are sparer than on his last record: fingerpicked guitar, banjo, brushed drums and his low, weathered voice. "Terlingua" is named for the desert ghost town, and "Miles to Go" and "Watchman" have the quiet pull of his best work.
This Dualtone edition is pressed on brown vinyl, an earthy match for the music.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
