Folk Bitch Trio - Now Would Be a Good Time - Sky Blue Color Vinyl Record
Folk Bitch Trio's debut album, Now Would Be A Good Time, arrived on Jagjaguwar in 2025 and quickly proved that folk music can be funny, sharp and a little wicked. Three longtime friends singing in close harmony, they build on the music they grew up loving, from gnarled Americana and classic rock to clear-eyed balladry, then point it at thoroughly modern problems.
The songs tell vivid, visceral stories of dissociative daydreams, galling breakups, sexual fantasies and media overload, along with all the petty resentments and minor humiliations of being in your early twenties today. "Hotel TV" and "Cathode Ray" capture the screen-soaked mood, while "God's a Different Sword" and "Mary's Playing the Harp" show how much warmth sits under the wit. It is the kind of record that rewards close attention to every lyric.
This edition is pressed on sky blue opaque color vinyl. A strong pick for fans of harmony-led indie folk.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
