Live Home Library Vol. 2 is the second instalment in The Decemberists' archival live series, issued on their own Y.A.B.B. label as a double LP on Red Right Ankle red vinyl in a wide-spine jacket. It was recorded over three nights at Brooklyn Steel in April 2017, only days after the venue opened, as the band capped a run touring What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World.

Colin Meloy and the band recorded every show and later picked the best performances for this set, mixed by longtime collaborator Tucker Martine. The result is a career-spanning sweep through their catalogue: "The Crane Wife 3", the full suite from "The Island", "We Both Go Down Together" and "Los Angeles, I'm Yours", plus a complete run through "The Tain" and a joyously shambolic "O Valencia!" to close.

Theatrical, literate and loose in the best way, it is a vivid snapshot of one of indie folk's finest live bands. A lovely companion to Vol. 1 on any Decemberists shelf.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
