Big Thief - Masterpiece - Vinyl Record
Big Thief's debut album first appeared in 2016 and introduced the world to Adrianne Lenker's remarkable songwriting. Masterpiece is full of characters and sharp turns of phrase, songs that can pivot from tenderness to heartbreak within a single line, carried by Lenker's fragile, piercing voice and Buck Meek's restless guitar.
The title track is a slow-burning anthem about memory and love, Paul is one of the most affecting breakup songs of the past decade, and Real Love builds to a cathartic, distorted climax that shows how much muscle the band had from the very start. It is folk rock with an indie edge, intimate one moment and raw the next.
This edition is the 2023 remastered reissue on 4AD, pressed on black vinyl and housed in a gatefold jacket. For anyone who came to the band through Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You or Lenker's solo work, this is where the story begins. A must for the Big Thief shelf.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
