 Big Picture is a cohesive and candid album pieced together by Fenne to self-soothe during personal and global turmoil. It explores the phases of love and provides insight into Fenne's ever-changing view of love and its redefinition. The album was written alone in Fenne's Bristol flat, but transformed into a collaboration during recording with her touring band, Melina Dutere, Christian Lee Hutson, and Katy Kirby. It is Fenne's first and only album written during a relationship and traces the narrative of two people trying not to implode together. Fenne sums it up as an observation of her thoughts on love, self-examination, and the responsibilities of being a big part of someone else's small world.
