Head on the Door는 원래 1985년 8월에 발매된 영국의 록 밴드 The Cure의 여섯 번째 스튜디오 앨범입니다. The Head on the Door는 Melody Maker에 의해 "팝송 모음"으로 묘사되었습니다. 다양한 스타일을 통해 그룹은 유럽과 북미 모두에서 더 많은 청중에게 다가갈 수 있었습니다. 영국에서는 앨범 차트에서 7위에 오르는 등 현재까지 가장 성공적인 앨범이 되었습니다.
