Dopamine Chamber is the fifth studio album from Fontaines D.C., the Dublin five-piece whose 2024 album Romance made them one of the biggest guitar bands in the world. That record debuted at No. 2 in the UK, earned two GRAMMY nominations and won International Group of the Year at the 2025 BRIT Awards.

For the follow-up the band reunited with producer James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Blur), recording most of the music at Decoy Studios in Suffolk while Grian Chatten cut his vocals with Ford in a makeshift mattress-and-cushion booth in Palermo, Sicily. Chatten describes the album as a room the listener steps into, a place to test "different mind or mood-altering pieces of music." The result moves further from the band's post-punk roots toward something colder and more synthetic, with strings threaded through Marianne, Tongue, Where Is Gone? and One Man.

This is the standard edition on black vinyl via XL Recordings, the everyday-listening copy of a record built to be heard start to finish. A strong place to begin if Romance is already on your shelf.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
