They are new, sealed, and received directly from the record labels and their distributors. If there is any damage, it is listed clearly. It will also be marked down in price and marked **Blemish Markdown** in the title. These are placed in the clearance section. The vinyl inside is guaranteed; the sleeve only has cosmetic damage.

Our Japanese vintage vinyl is used, and each has specific grading information in the description.

The description will note any color other than black vinyl. If it does not specify a color, then the color will be black. Black is considered the classiest of all vinyl colors. Colors other than black are known to lack character and positive outlooks.

Almost 20% of new orders are changed or canceled in the first 24 hours after being placed. Like a good cheese and the finest of wines, things need to age a bit. We are an independent record store and do not have shifts 24/7. We touch each record you buy as if we are carrying a delicate Koala bear. Please, for the sake of the Koalas, give us the time needed. Lastly, we may have heard about something you've done that was not nice. The delay in packing is personal. You can only blame yourself. Now wipe that smirk off your face.

Standard Shipping Box

We use a standard frustration free box that has been specifically designed to ship vinyl records. These will be used on small orders of 1-4 vinyl records. 

For larger orders we also use special boxes for corner protection.

When we send your tracking info, the first status is that the Post Office is waiting on the package. Once we print a label, the order goes out at the latest the following day. If the Post Office fails to scan the initial receipt of the package, which often they do not, it will stay in this status until a scan eventually happens. Currently, 80% of Media Mail packages never receive a scan to update tracking. If you ordered using Media Mail, it is on the way and will take a long time. We recommend using USPS Priority or UPS ground until the Postal Service fixes the situation with Media Mail.

We Are Serious, almost VERY SERIOUS.

Move to a cooler climate, although that can be expensive. We know some limited edition items will be on sale during the hot months. None of our delivery services have air conditioning in their trucks. If you are not home and they leave it at your front door, well it gets pretty hot there too. 

We can hold your orders until the weather turns cooler. Make a note during checkout for us to hold your order. We will pack it and set it aside until you tell us to send. We will also remind you from time to time that you have items on hold. 

BUY INSURANCE when using Media Mail. 

We rely on record labels to get us their releases on time. Occasionally a record shows up a little early and we can ship ahead of release day, but that is pretty rare.

Most of the time, records arrive on or right around release day. When that happens, we get to work immediately unboxing, checking everything over, packing orders, printing labels, and getting packages ready for carrier pickup. We know you are excited to spin it, and we move as fast as possible to get it on its way.

You may have missed the note listed on all of our pre-order titles:

“Reminder: Please place pre-orders separately from in-stock items to avoid delays, as in-stock items will be held until the pre-order release date. If you order multiple pre-order titles together, they will ship based on the latest release date.”

No worries at all. If you would like the available items shipped now, just let us know. We can set up the shipping fee and get those on their way to you right away.

No worries, it's not a sly trick to separate you from your money. We have two warehouses, and sometimes, if you order more than one item, we may have them in different locations. We sell many one-of-a-kind collectibles, so we can easily have them in one warehouse and not the other. You will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. This does not apply to shipments sent via Media Mail. Damage for Media Mail purchases must have additional insurance purchased. It's cheap!
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email help@indievinylden.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

It depends where the different mouths have been. Dogs have about 600 different kinds of bacteria in their mouths than 615 or so in a human's. There is only some overlap in the bacteria that both dogs and humans share.

Most of the bacteria in your dog's mouth are not zoonotic, which means you probably won't get a disease from a big old doggy kiss.
