Let's Dance, from 1983, is the record where Bowie went fully, unapologetically pop. Nile Rodgers produced, Stevie Ray Vaughan played the guitar solos, and the result gave Bowie the biggest commercial run of his career, with the title track, "Modern Love" and "China Girl" all becoming standards. It was his first album for EMI America, cut at the Power Station in New York over a few weeks at the end of 1982 with Rodgers' Chic rhythm section underpinning most of it. This is an original Japanese pressing, catalogue EYS-81580, manufactured for the domestic market by EMI's Japanese licensee. One copy only, graded as received.
