Moody Blues - Collected - Vinyl Record 2LP 180g Import

The Moody Blues began as a Birmingham R&B group and scored a UK number one with "Go Now" in 1964, with Denny Laine on vocals. After he left, Justin Hayward and John Lodge joined, and the band reinvented itself around Mike Pinder's mellotron and Ray Thomas' flute. With Days of Future Passed and "Nights In White Satin," they helped invent symphonic rock.

Collected follows that journey from the beat era to the 80s. You get the early "Go Now" and "Boulevard De La Madeleine," the classic run of "Tuesday Afternoon," "Ride My See-Saw" and "Legend Of A Mind," and 70s favourites like "Question," "The Story In Your Eyes" and "I'm Just A Singer (In A Rock And Roll Band)." It closes with "The Voice" from 1981's chart-topping Long Distance Voyager.

Music On Vinyl presses this 2LP set on 180-gram vinyl with a 4-page booklet of liner notes. A rich overview for prog and classic rock collectors.
