A limited-edition, two-color screen-printed gig poster for of Montreal's November 17, 2008 show at the Murray Theater in Salt Lake City, with support from Icy Demons. This was peak of Montreal — the Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? and Skeletal Lamping era, when Kevin Barnes's theatrical, genre-demolishing live shows were among the most unpredictable and visually stunning performances in indie rock.
Barnes's combination of glam-rock costumes, funk-driven grooves, and confessional songwriting made every of Montreal show an event. Printed in an edition of just 83 on 19" x 25" stock, this two-color screen print documents a specific night of psychedelic excess in an intimate venue — a rare collectible from the band's creative peak.
