Khruangbin & Leon Bridges - Texas Moon - Vinyl Record EP
Texas Moon is the 2022 Dead Oceans EP that reunited Houston trio Khruangbin with Fort Worth soul singer Leon Bridges, the after-dark sequel to their 2020 collaboration Texas Sun. Where Texas Sun soaked up the warmth of a long drive across the state, Texas Moon slows the pace and settles into the quiet of nighttime.
Across five songs, Laura Lee's elastic basslines, Mark Speer's spacious, shimmering guitar and DJ Johnson's understated drums leave plenty of room for Bridges, who sings with a softer, more intimate touch than on his own records. Opener "Doris" sets the hushed, late-night tone, "Chocolate Hills" and "B-Side" ride slow, hypnotic grooves, and "Mariella" closes the record on a gentle, reflective note.
Presented as a 12-inch EP at 33 1/3 RPM, it pairs perfectly with Texas Sun on the shelf. Ideal for fans of Khruangbin's psychedelic soul, Bridges' classic R&B, or anyone who loves a late-night record.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
