Toto's 1999 Mindfields tour took them back to Japan, a country that had embraced the band long after American radio moved on. This second volume of In The Far East captures an FM broadcast from the Pacifico Yokohama on April 29, 1999, spread across two records and four sides.

The set leans on the then new Mindfields material, with Better World and Cruel opening things up before the band reaches for the catalogue: I Won't Hold You Back, White Sister, Child's Anthem and a Girl Goodbye that gives the players room to stretch. David Paich takes a keyboard solo, the band introductions are left intact, and Hold The Line closes it out. Bobby Kimball was back on lead vocals by this point, and the broadcast source means the sound is far cleaner than the usual live document of this kind.
