¿Terapia? son una banda de metal alternativo de Irlanda del Norte. La banda fue formada en 1989 por el guitarrista y vocalista Andy Cairns y el baterista y vocalista Fyfe Ewing. Para completar la formación, la banda reclutó al bajista Michael McKeegan.
