Led by Ian Astbury on vocals and Billy Duffy on guitar, The Cult emerged in 1983. Their self-titled sixth album, also known as the "Black Sheep" album due to its cover image, was released in 1994 and was recorded with Sonic Temple producer Bob Rock. With a highly personal narrative that references Astbury's youth, the album revealed itself slowly with each listen, in contrast to their earlier work. Despite being considered an overlooked and underrated gem, The Cult disbanded in 1995 following its release. The album has since been reissued as a 2LP vinyl.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.

Hold up… what were we saying?
