Belle & Sebastian - Write About Love Vinyl Record
After a break filled with solo projects and soundtrack work, Belle and Sebastian returned in 2010 with Write About Love, an album that pairs the intimacy of their early records with the polish of their later ones. Produced by Tony Hoffer at The Sound Factory in Los Angeles, it is bright, warm and full of the band's trademark character studies.
Two guest vocalists give the record its talking points. Norah Jones duets with Stuart Murdoch on Little Lou, Ugly Jack, Prophet John, a hushed and lovely story song, while actress Carey Mulligan joins the band on the soaring title track. Elsewhere, I Didn't See It Coming opens the album with a slow-building groove, and I Want the World to Stop finds the band at their most effortlessly catchy.
A generous, sunny entry in the catalogue that rewards fans of literate indie pop. Add it to your Belle and Sebastian collection.

Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
