Bananarama - True Confessions - Japanese Vintage Vinyl
True Confessions is the 1986 album where Bananarama went from British new wave favourites to global hitmakers. Its centrepiece is their high-energy remake of Shocking Blue's "Venus", which topped the US charts and still fills dance floors today.
Beyond that smash, the album shows off the trio's knack for sharp, catchy pop. The title track and "A Trick Of The Night" carry a moody edge, "More Than Physical" leans into the dance sound that would define their next era, and "Do Not Disturb" adds playful bounce. It captures a group at a turning point, blending synth-pop with the club-ready style that followed.
This is the Japanese edition on London Records, catalogue L25P 1234. Japanese pressings of eighties pop are prized for quiet vinyl and careful packaging, and an intact OBI makes this one stand out.
A bright addition to any eighties pop collection.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
