Blind Melon's self-titled 1992 debut gets the Music On Vinyl treatment here, pressed on 180-gram audiophile vinyl and imported from the Netherlands with a printed lyric insert.

Recorded at London Bridge Studio in Seattle with producer Rick Parashar, the album captures a band that never quite fit the grunge mold around it. Shannon Hoon's soaring, unguarded voice rides over loose, jammy guitars that owe as much to Southern rock and 70s psychedelia as to anything coming out of the Pacific Northwest. "No Rain" became the breakthrough, its sunny melody and the famous Bee Girl video carrying the record to multi-platinum success, but the deeper cuts are just as rewarding: the swagger of "Tones of Home", the slow-burning "Change" and the hazy closer "Time".

A warm, sun-faded classic of 90s alternative rock, and a heavy pressing that does it justice. A natural pick for any 90s shelf.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
