Real Estate- Days - Vinyl Record
Days is the second album from Real Estate, the Ridgewood, New Jersey band led by singer and guitarist Martin Courtney, and their first for Domino. Released in 2011, it took the reverb-soaked sketches of their debut and sharpened them into ten clear, sunlit songs that were widely praised as some of the year's best indie rock.
The heart of the record is the interplay between Courtney's gentle melodies and Matt Mondanile's chiming, intricate lead guitar, carried by Alex Bleeker's melodic bass lines. "It's Real" is the breezy, sing-along standout, "Green Aisles" is a wistful look back at suburban life, and "Municipality" and "Wonder Years" glide along on the same easy, nostalgic glow. The closing "All The Same" stretches out into a long, hypnotic instrumental passage that ends the album on a high.
Warm, unhurried and endlessly replayable, Days is the kind of record that sounds just right on a slow afternoon. A natural fit for any indie rock shelf.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
