Easy Beat, the second album from Dr. Dog, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year! Back in 2005, the band took a creative approach by self-releasing the album, burning CDs and crafting their own CD artwork by hand as they filled each order. For a fun twist, early mail order purchases were shipped in recycled pizza boxes, each decorated with unique drawings and stickers. At that time, Dr. Dog invested every last dollar they had ($1000) to bring this album to life, which later caught the attention of Park The Van / Devil In The Woods for a re-release.
