First Vinyl Pressing In Over 10 Years; Audio Remastered from the Original Analogue Tapes

4AD repress two more albums from Cocteau Twins on vinyl - their 1982 debut Garlands and 1986's Victorialand. This means that with the exception of The Moon and the Melodies (their 1986 collaboration with Harold Budd), all of the band's studio albums released across 4AD and Fontana are now back in print. Both reissues will be pressed using audio remastered from the original analogue tapes and with art faithful to their original 23 Envelope designs.

Garlands
was the Cocteau Twins' debut album, released in the early autumn of 1982. It was the only album they made with original bassist Will Heggie. Describing it as "haunting," "spellbound," "diaphanous" and discerning a "frosting of sweetness," the critics wore out their adjectives; this was indeed rock music, but it was conjured in the unlikeliest environment from the strangest of material. This is Garlands' first vinyl pressing in over ten years!

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.

Hold up… what were we saying?
