Molly Burch - Please Be Mine - White Smoke Color Vinyl Record
From a young age, Molly Burch immersed herself in the arts. Raised in Los Angeles with a writer/producer father and a casting director mother, her childhood was rich with classic Hollywood musicals and the timeless voices of Patsy Cline, Billie Holiday, and Nina Simone. In her teenage years, after discovering her vocal talent, Burch moved to UNC Asheville to pursue a degree in Jazz Vocal Performance."I was always more focused on singing than songwriting. I lacked the confidence to write initially," Molly reflects. "At first, it was about finding the right songs that matched my voice." That distinctive voice immediately captivates you on Burch's debut album—smoky and showcasing a remarkable range that echoes her musical influences.Seeking broader opportunities, Burch relocated to Austin, Texas, where she earnestly began crafting her own music, inspired by the heart-wrenching melodies of the Everly Brothers and Sam Cooke. Driven by the urgency of a studio's hourly rate, she recorded all initial tracks and vocals live in a single day, with only a few overdubs added later. This impressive feat becomes even more astonishing when you listen to her powerful performance on songs like "Downhearted" and "I Love You Still."

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.
Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.
If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.
After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.
Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.
Hold up… what were we saying?
