In the early 2000's, up-and-coming stars of the independent Hip-Hop scene Slug (Atmosphere/Rhymesayers) and Murs (Living Legends) collaborated as Felt to create meaningful music, have a blast, and honor a Hollywood actress whom they believed was underappreciated. Sharing beats and trading verses, the two MC's found solace in stepping away from their solo works and challenging each other in their back-and-forth delivery. What began as a therapeutic venture soon evolved into a collection of incredible releases as Murs and Slug continued to reunite periodically and create new Felt albums, each featuring a different producer/friend and providing a refreshing and distinct listening experience.
Now, in celebration of its 10th anniversary, the album has been pressed on a limited edition 2xLP blue & white galaxy effect vinyl, with 1 of 3 limited bonus die-cut picture discs featuring exclusive remixes.
