The Hidden Cameras and Rough Trade Records celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album, The Smell of Our Own, with a deluxe 2LP colored vinyl reissue featuring nine bonus tracks. Originally released in 2003, the Toronto-based band combined pop and queer sensibilities, creating their unique "Gay Church Folk Music." Led by singer-songwriter Joel Gibb, their captivating performances and Gibb's melodic talent drew exceptional attention from Canadian media. With Berlin as their new hub, the ensemble continues to push musical boundaries.
