We fly these in from Holland - Why? Well, we can't find copies in the US and when we do, they are too expensive.

Different Class is the fifth album by Pulp and their commercial breakthrough. The inspiration for the title came from a friend of charismatic frontman Jarvis Cocker who used the phrase "different class" to describe something that was "in a class of its own." Cocker liked the double meaning, with its allusions to the British social class system, a theme running through many of the songs on the album. The record explores sex and class with Cocker's biting, witty lyrics taking a perfect snapshot of mid-90s English suburban and working-class life. The 12-track effort shot to No. 1 on the UK album charts in 1995 at the height of Britpop with the classic track "Common People" reaching No. 2 on the UK singles chart and "Disco 2000" No. 7. A stone-cold Britpop classic and Mercury Music Prize winner reissued here on vinyl LP!
