Crafted by Chris Thomas (known for Roxy Music, Sex Pistols, Pretenders, and Wings), ‘Empty Glass’ was released as Pete Townshend’s next solo album in April 1980. The tracks primarily reflect the struggles Townshend faced during that period, notably the death of Keith Moon, the Who’s former drummer.

These limited-edition black vinyl editions have been expertly mastered by long-time Who engineer Jon Astley and cut for vinyl by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios using a half-speed mastering technique, which yields a superior vinyl cut. They come packaged in original sleeves complete with obi strips and certificates of authenticity. ‘Empty Glass’ includes a full-color inner bag featuring the complete lyrics and a 300mm x 600mm poster.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within two business days. Media Mail might be budget-friendly, but it travels at a glacial pace and gets little love from the postal service. For faster, smoother delivery, choose USPS Priority or UPS/USPS Ground.

Returns
Unopened returns accepted within 30 days — you cover shipping.

If your record arrives damaged or folded (thanks, postal service), reach out ASAP so we can fix it.

After 30 days, it’s yours to keep forever.

Avoid extreme heat or sunlight. Definitely don’t let it mingle with any Justin Bieber records. Treat it like your grandma — gentle, respectful, and quiet during Murder, She Wrote.

Hold up… what were we saying?
