Notice: Carriers do not guarantee timely delivery.

We try our best to ship within 2 business days of receiving an order. Items shipped by USPS Media Mail can take 3-14 business days for US addresses. Items sent Priority to US addresses can take 1-3 business days. First Class International can take on average 7-21 business days. However, our experience is that items may arrive at their destination much faster than these timeframes suggested by the USPS. We do not guarantee on time delivery that a carrier quotes, any claims should be made with the carrier directly. 

Lost vs. Stolen Package

We are responsible for your package up until the carrier marks the tracking of your package as delivered. Once the box is marked as delivered by the courier, we do not cover stolen or misplaced packages. Your responsibility is to send us a valid address and provide a secure destination for your package. Please reach out to neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them. Contact the carrier's local office to begin your search or file a claim. If you believe it has been stolen, file a police report.

A carrier will often mark a package as delivered but will not physically deliver right away. Wait 48 hours before contacting the delivery service, as most post-delivery packages show up within that time.

All orders now receive up to $200 in free insurance! That's right, we pay for it so you can shop without worry. 

When Free Shipping is applied to an order it covers one physical shipment. If you buy multiple new releases with different release dates, one shipment would occur for the entire order on the last release date of the items.

Pre-sale items ship on or before release date. In stock items ordered with a pre-sale title will ship with the pre-sale item. If you wish to have the in stock item shipped right away, make a separate order. Multiple pre-sale items will ship on the oldest release date of the combined items.

International Orders: We ship directly to Canada, UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Iceland, and Australia. 

Duty and Taxes: The recipient of any and all goods sold by IndieVinylDen.com.com is responsible for any and all Customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, VAT charges and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.
