We have heard horror stories - months after making a pre-order for a rare color vinyl release, you receive an email stating you will not receive it due to shortages. We have had to send those emails, but long ago, we decided to change how we fulfill our promises.
We get guarantees for our pre-orders, and if the record label cannot guarantee it, we do not offer the item for pre-order. We pre-sell LESS than the guarantee, so we often sell out quickly, but we have not had to deliver bad news later when we cannot meet our promises.
We have not had to break our promise in quite some time. Whether greed or poor planning by our competitors, we want to keep our promise to you.
