Sour Lemon is the first new collection of studio tracks from the Local Natives since their last album Violet Street (April 2019).   More a collection of memories than songs, the Natives fine tune their signature California tinged indie rock for some of their most sonically mature and compelling tracks to date. Joined by Sharon Van Etten on the EP’s title track, “Lemon,” they touch on their collective desire for connection, shared experience, and physical proximity with those who matter most.
