Goose, a quintet from Norwalk, CT, comprises Rick Mitarotonda (vocals, guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, keys, guitar), Trevor Weekz (bass), Ben Atkind (drums), and Jeff Arevalo (vocals, percussion, drums). Since 2016's "Moon Cabin," the band has steadily gained a nationwide following with their genre-fluid music, technical skills, and chemistry. They solidified their lineup with Anspach's addition in 2017 and saw a breakthrough in 2019 with their Peach Music Festival performance.
Adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic, Goose held intimate virtual events and drive-in concerts. Their 2021 album "Shenanigans Nite Club" topped Billboard's Top New Artist Albums chart. In 2022, they embarked on a nationwide tour, including an arena show at Mohegan Sun and a two-night stand at Radio City Music Hall. Their third studio album, "Dripfield.
