THE COOPER, OWEN'S WAY

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

2.75oz Knob Creek Bourbon

.25oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor

1 tsp Juice from Jar of Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake vigorously until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with 2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

 

HONEYED TURKEY OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

1.5oz Wild Turkey Bourbon

1.5oz Wild Turkey American Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.

 

HERBY COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

2.75oz Bourbon

.25oz Fernet Branca

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

 

FIGGY COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

3oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey

1 tsp of Fig Jam

Dash(es) of Black Walnut Bitters to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes and jam are fully dissolved. Garnish with orange twist.

 

ELDERFLOWER COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

2.5oz Bourbon

.5oz St Germain

Dash of Angostura Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with an orange twist (or elderberries, if you happen to have some).

 

CLASSY COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

2.5oz Evan Williams Black Bourbon

.5oz H by Hine Cognac

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

CALIFORNIA COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

3oz Bourbon

Splash of Valencia Orange juice

Dash of Regan’s Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with orange slice.

 

BRANDIED COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

3oz VSOP Cognac

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with orange slice and Fabbri Cherries.

 

B..BB..BBITTER COOPER

INGREDIENTS

2 cubes of The Cooper

3oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake or stir until cubes are fully dissolved. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
