Recorded in Melbourne and Sydney, it proved the success was no fluke, reaching the US top 10 and delivering three hit singles.

Colin Hay's "Overkill" is the standout, a restless, late-night meditation that became one of the band's signature songs. "It's A Mistake" pairs a breezy reggae lilt with pointed Cold War satire, and the opener "Dr. Heckyll & Mr. Jive" shows off the band's quirky humour. Deeper cuts like "High Wire" and "No Restrictions" round out a sharp, melodic new wave record.

This is the Japanese edition on Epic/Sony, catalogue 25·3P-427. Japanese pressings from the early 1980s are sought after for their quiet surfaces and careful manufacturing, a good match for this crisp, detailed production.

A fine addition to any new wave collection.

Media Condition: VG+

Jacket Condition: VG+

OBI Strip Condition: VG+

Additional Notes: Includes liner notes

Side A
1.
