Plastic Beach ist das dritte Studioalbum der britischen virtuellen Band Gorillaz.
Entstanden aus einem unvollendeten Gorillaz-Projekt namens Carousel , wurde das Album von Juni 2008 bis November 2009 aufgenommen und hauptsächlich vom Mitschöpfer der Gruppe Damon Albarn produziert . Es bietet Gastauftritte von mehreren Künstlern, darunter Snoop Dogg , Gruff Rhys , De La Soul , Bobby Womack , Mos Def , Lou Reed , Mick Jones , Mark E. Smith , Paul Simonon , Bashy , Kano , Little Dragon und dem Hypnotic Brass Ensemble .
